Hello! We’re glad you found us. The mission of this site is to provide the best information for surfing in San Clemente and surrounding areas. We’re excited to be here, to provide information that’s truly useful for visitors or newcomers to this surfing village by the sea.

The primary goal is to supply information about the local surf breaks — how to access them, what distinguishes them, and what are the optimal conditions for surfing those spots. Access those Surf Guides from this page.

The secondary goal is to help you find surf gear. There are numerous surf shops in San Clemente, all worth visiting for their own reasons. We’ve listed our favorites and what you may find in each in the Surf Shop Guide.

Food is important so we’re sharing our favorite restaurants in the Food Guide. As we build out the site, you can access all the area guides from this main page.

We’ll keep you up to date with news about surfing in San Clemente (sometimes access to San Onofre is closed), local events of interest, and activities you may want to join (beach clean-ups, for example!). Find all that on our blog.
